Anyone know what rear diffuser this is?
I've searched the net and can't find anything
It looks like it's added to existing diffuser rather than a replacement

Nah looked at that, that one is a full surround not just the bottom part, and think it looks a bit cheap. Might look better in person

There's a US guy on one of the facebook groups who 3D prints the vertical pieces. Personally not sure it makes it 'better' but up to you.

The car IS A V8 so why would it have a copy v8 diffuser? The red diffuser bit looks original to me unless mine also isn't which looks the same
As for the bit added on (the back bit on the bottom with the fins) that's what I'm asking about, what is? Who sells them?

It's a guy called Hector Martinez in the facebook 'F-type Owners Club' group. He put up pictures of his first prototypes on Oct 22nd 2021. He either printed them or made them out of wood, painted and screwed them on. I don't think it's anything particularly 'professionally' done as a complete bumper/diffuser unit.
