IME, low mileage only attracts a premium when dealers are selling, not buying. They'll cane you for high mileage, of course. Private sales are another matter.

A little off topic ( what the hell its my post) went to Stow Maries last weekend a original ww1 air base .. with working and flying exhibits
took a few pics but had to explain to my lovely wife what a dope workshop was :) so funny

Hello Fellow F Type owners
Been off the forum for a while due to some ongoing family issues but happy to say all sorted now

anyway some good news in the current cost of living crisis my F type now only costs £99 for 6 months and £180 for the year so just taxed from 1st May .. ready for its service and MOT in 2 weeks time

Standard car tax rate from April 1st 2023 is £180. For cars that cost £40k or more when they were new you have to pay £390 on top of the standard rate for 5 years. A nice drop from £570 to £180 when your car is 6! 😊

My car tax last year was £460.83 (got a bit off for a partial 6 year discount). Would it really be £570 if under 6?
