F Type spotted on M54. SMOKING

Spotted early Saturday morning near Telford service's . I think it was a V6 but it was behind me smoking badly (it was that bad I could see it in my mirrors) then as it pulled of the motorway and went past me down the slip road I could the smoke. It was never front of me fully so I never smelt it so not sure what it was. Not a good sign though
