Voice command

Hi new to forum although I have introduced myself. Bought privately a lovely 2109 Dynamic convertible. It has the 10" display and I have managed to connect to Apple car play all a bonus. But I have no voice command button it is a fixed blank button does not even mute as I have read it does on older models. Does any one know if this should have been fitted with the 2019 MY.Before I get the reply, the car is for driving and not talking to, I like talking to my cars and makes it better if they reply
