Just had annual service done by my local Jaguar specialist. Now need JLR to update my service record. I have done this previously with no problem, but this time my email was returned, undelivered. They appear to have changed their email? And if so, can anyone please supply me with their new email address?
Thanks.

Yes, they have changed their email.
Here’s the new one - clientcare@jaguarlandrover.com
Send them the details of your car, including the VIN + service invoice and JLR service sheet with items ticked off ✔️, and they will update your JLR service record/history.

The Jaguar specialist indie I use gets my service record updated. I'm surprised yours doesn't. Is it an affiliation they need to have or something? Or is he doing me a favour?

From recent experience I would advise you to also add bullet points of specifics you want noting other than oil and filter. They typically just enter which service was completed and you lose record of things like aux belts, spark plugs, diff oil,, brake fluid, etc

I think they need a professional subscription to the Jag system and it ain't cheap! A specialist would likely have the throughput to make it a worthwhile investment, but if you use an independent who does all makes, they may not get enough jags to justify the outlay (mine doesn't, but is a great tech).

Access to everything is £3191 a year.
Access to service information and OSH is £1461.

A big outlay for any small independent just for a subscription never mind tooling, diagnostics and devices.

Looks like JLR have changed email addresses a few times in the past year!

Followed up a few days later on 0345 303 2303.
